I struggle with managing stress, and I'm quick to disengage and give up when I feel helpless. It's something I am working on. He always tries to help me in constructive ways but I usually feel very dumb and helpless which adds to my frustration in the moment. It helps when he reminds me that although I may be struggling, I can do it and that he loves and believes in me.
Sex, Sex and more sex,and cuddling with my partner while he rubs my headπ pure bliss π
Eat. Eat. And sleep. π

Get mad and over think things and think the worst. And Idk
Freak the fuck out .... He is my rock
Hm. I think I try to avoid real-life stuff and play guitar by myself or do something else creative. Think all she could do is be intimate and remind me not all people are dumb, else just knowing she's there works pretty well :]
If the stress is starting to overwhelm I tend to go the escapist route. I will do my best to get my mind off of whatever is going on by playing a video game or something. Honestly best thing for him to do is to help me get my mind off of things by hanging out, or talking about anything but the stress factor for a bit. But truth be told honestly so long as hes around and such that helps as well. :p
I usually freak out mentally and feel a need to figure out a way to fix it if I can't then I'll try to relax but it won't always be easy, i'll feel too distracted. He could help by distracting me from the problem or stress to help me get my mind off it.
I internalize it and try to keep my troubles & worries to myself. NOT healthy.
But she has patience & empathy anyway.

HAHAHAHA. I don't have any fucking idea how I deal with stress. It's different every day. She does what she can to help me.
I deal with stress usually by working it out creatively, or by sitting down and thinking through it. I think she helps by reminding me of what the big picture is, instead of focusing on my little problem.
I over think things and stress myself out more. If he'd stop always giving advice and just shush, hold me and listen
I deal with stress basically by becoming a raging bitch and crying. You help me by just talking to me
I need to spend time thinking through the situation and figuring out the best way to process or problem solve. Being there and supporting is appreciated. Telling me to "not think so much", won't happen ;]
We will find other ways to make you stop thinking so much ;)

Mostly listening to me bitch. Sympathetic ear.
I struggle, usually cry. Sometimes want to be alone. He holds me or talks me thru everything and gives me my space when I need it
