I am close to my mom even though we don't talk all the time and I have no relationship with my biological sperm donor- though he is married to my mother.

We're close, we've always been close but we really get on each others nerves sometimes. I grew-up in a traditional family and we spent alot of time together (family meals, vacations, etc).
My relationships with my parents are pretty good. For a long time they didnt have any real depth to them but circumstances have opened communications greatly
