Excellent. They've always been good to me, and I try to return the favour.
Very good - after all, the boy and I live with them now.
My mother and I have always had a good relationship. But when I became a father it became even better. My mother is one of the wisest people I know. We are very close. I had a dream about her dieing and I woke up crying. I have never had a dream like that before. It made me realize that she was dearer to me than I had ever guessed before.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have a wonderful relationship with both my parents. I talk to both of them at least every couple days. They're like my best friends.
In more and more time, I found we actually love each other much more than me or Chris thought. Sweet :)
Awkward at the moment on both sides. Both sides are great though and we've had good relationships with them. Hopefully the awkwardness passes.
Better than I ever expected.
Excellent. Just wish I could see them more often.
Great! I dont get to see them often since i got married, so really miss them a lot!
LOL. I am not fighting with either one of them, but they have made it clear that I am not all that important in their lives, and I feel sad but I'm more or less okay with that.
Pretty good, when I talk to them... I don't call them that much, and when I do it tends to be because I need their help with something... And SOME people might say I should tell them I love them more. But, generally good.
Fairly distant. My parents were always very nice to me but a bit on the predictable daily life side and that never suited me too well. But all in one, they were always there when it counted.
I obey them
Very good overall. I wish that I could see them more often for dinners or one day activities at a time. However, I also appreciate the distance at times. I accept them for who they are :)
