That's a toss up. I asked him to hang out first (as friends), then he later made a move. He was a gentleman, however, as his friend liked me at the time (unbeknownst to me). He was careful of his friend's feelings, and allowed his friend to have an opportunity to see if I was interested first. I wasn't, and so then my boyfriend was able to make a move. :)
