He kinda asked me out for dinner and said upfront that it wasn't a date. Then it became a lunch meetup which extended into a 6 hour walk where we talked about everything under the sun. Literally :)

Kinda mutual but if I recall I suggested him to meet me at Ed's event though mutual
He asked me out on Mother's Day weekend but was unable to meet so we met for lunch the following weekend. I say that the "first moves" were pretty mutual.
I asked him out first but he took over the date plans after mine didn't pan out as I thought and he made the first move. He held my hands to "warm them up" and I was happy to let him :-)
My partner asked me out to lunch. The first kiss was a two way deal.

After dancing in a club until 8am in Munich then returning to our respective countries he started making the calls and the moves but he needed a bit of kicking to come over.
I think he asked me out first to lunch and I put the moves on him first. I couldn't resist those lips!
