By not being overbearing or adding stress or worry to his day. By comforting him and letting him know I love him.

Just let him vent

Have the house clean when he gets home. Listen and empathize when he talks about work. Do something extra to improve the house like hanging up the new garden hose.

Sex

Thats a good Idea. Let me give him a massage

Let my wife wake naturally

Stop being an asshole, hold her, maybe make love to her ok well maybe try prolly be told no lol

Do ONE thing specifically the way he asks me to...

Communicate and not hold in all of my emotions...he gets upset when he doesn't know what is wrong with me and it makes him stress out! :(

Don't know how to.

Make dinner, pour a glass of wine, and run a warm bath.

Back and foot massage. Helps every time.

I can't, but I can help her relax at the end of the day with a Skype date.

By staying positive and having a good attitude, even through the challenges we're facing right now. Being appreciative, and reinforcing my gratitude for his hard work. And by finding ways to stay engaged on an emotional and intimate level, instead of pulling away trying to protect myself from past issues I fear will resurface.

Just be positive and be there to listen
