I'm not sure, I think I am her biggest stress
Make her dinner rub lotion on her massage her back and try not to say anything stressful
It starts with a long backrubb :)
Take on an issue that is troubling her; calm her worries about something that's weighing on her. Take on a chore that's normally hers so that she can spend the time unwinding, sleeping, with another friend. Or clear my own schedule and make time with her to take a walk or just chat.
Going to see a movie in a theater is also a great way to get her out of her own head.
