Unfortunately it's so hard to help him. He keeps everything bottled in and won't take any help. I'll bake him something or spice things up with us, but it usually isn't enough. He's very difficult.

by staying positive and supporting them. Doing things without being asked. It's called love everlasting. That is what I have for my gal!

I would help them solve whatever they were stressed with if it was possible. I'd be patient with them and remind them how important they are to me and try and let them relax For the rest of the day

By talking them through it.

One thing I will be doing is having supper ready for when she gets home from work. Maybe even have the dishes done so we can just spend the night relaxing! :)
Now if only you cooked dinner without the cardboard! Hehe :) Love you!

Kiss him, cook him dinner, give him a back rub....and let him play Xbox for 5 hours
That's sounds awesome, minus the 5 hours of video games, unless I was playing old school Super Mario with you

Sadly, not as well as I'd like to or usually might; I could cook him dinner, bake brownies, or a pie, buy roses, make the bed, do the laundry, hold him and tell him how dear he is to me, how lucky I feel to have him, how handsome he is, how in love with him I am, and hold him and stroke him until he's calm and sleepy; but from here, I can miss him and love him and arrange for surprises on future days

By listening to her and cheering her up. Letting her know that I am always going to be there for her no matter what. Kisses help alot too :)

Funny, I surprised him with a couple's massage today. Such a need for both of us and something we can share.
Couples' massages are great! I always feel like I can relax better getting a massage when both of us are there.

Listen to how his day went, try to solve anything he's stressing about, have dinner ready & a back rub to end the night.

Stop nagging!

By not giving her a hard time at work.

Keep son quiet when hes doing homework
