I am more of a creature of habit - rituals help me remember to do things, like the meds i take or working out in the morning (which isn't always that easy getting out of bed and driving to the gym). Making things into a ritual takes the remembering part out - makes it a no brainer and keeps me on track for some things I want to do but sometimes I get off track....
We always take a shower together in the mornings.

I have a ton bc I'm slightly OCD. The best are waking up in the morning with to make his breakfast and lunch and praying together before he leaves for work. Cleaning and getting dinner started, working out together, talking at night. We are pretty routine based.
