I weighted myself every morning. And h
I use the bathroom as soon as I get home. I don't know any of his rituals.
I get home I stand in one spot to see if I could be invincible to the kids.

I don't have any rituals yet.
Before I go to bed, I wash off my makeup, brush my teeth, go to the restroom, then drink some water right before I curl under the sheets. He always sets out his uniform for work, and anything he has to take with him the next day.
It has now become a ritual to speak to my sweetheart every night on FaceTime. I look forward to this all day xx
It's the best thing I look forward after work every night.

Waking up and texting my girl, the morning workout, talking to my girl again lol
Getting up and checking the bills and bank accounts to see if there are any "issues" that need to be addressed. Ugh...His...Hmmmm. ritual don't think so unless he has a alter somewhere I don't know about.

I have many, I guess OCD does that to someone but I absolutely cannot leave the house without making the bed. Weird but I would prefer to have other rituals and am working on those now.
Coffee and emails in the morning for me... Having a chat about The day at night for her!
