We have not established any ground rules. I trust what he does on social networks
No FB flirting should be obvious. We have no rules but I prefer to know if he gets private messages because he has been known to FB flirt ...inappropriate . I hate social networking
Then stop social networking. This is why I think icebreak is stupid.

no, i don't have any social networking rules.
Unspoken, but we don't flirt over FaceBook. I don't tweet or Instagram so no rules on those platforms.
