We would make them together. A relationship is like a team, and you can't just have one person decide everything.
Depends
I would say me. I tend to be the person she looks toward to kinda take care of her in a way. I don't always want to play that role and that causes some conflict, but I make decisions when needed and try to use my experience to guide them. We also do a lot of good brainstorming and deciding together
