That's a tuff one. I tend to be the one who wants to be the one and she's the same way.

We make all important decisions together. As a couple, it's important to consider the other persons feelings and opinions on everything.

My partner does usually. I make the social decisions, the day to day what we're doing after work desisions and he makes the larger ones that involve money.

Actually, we both do. We always discuss big decisions, and she leaves it up to me and i leave it up to her. That way, we're both more honest.
