The biggest decisions are discussed together (sometimes fought over).

Wife of course
We're both practical and she has a fairly strong opinion on most things, but when it comes to actually pulling the trigger and taking action on a decision it's usually me.
She makes the small ones, together we make the big ones.

In the past, I would have said HIM, but finally I think we're in a place where we can make them together as a team.
We make BIG decisions together. If neither one of us agree then we leave it alone.

I think we are at a point in which decisions are talked about jointly, I've always felt he has listened to me. He's the better one at research on most things, but we both have done it on things we have taken interest in.

We both do. I'm the practical one that always thinks of the pros and cons and he's the dreamer who sees all the potential. We really balance each other out and can come to a peaceful resolution most of the time ;)
