Weather permitting, get in my kayak and breathe some fresh air. For my lovely wife... I just take her with me. In bad weather, a drive in our Saturn Sky.
When I want to relax I either read a book or take a long bath. To help my husband relax I offer a bath and rub his head or neck.
Rub his back or his head.
When I want to relax... I ask my partner to just hold me... whenever he puts his arms around me it's everything else fades away. He keeps me grounded...
I wash and fold clothes I know boring

I usually read comic books. Also, as strange as it sounds, I have found that going to the gym and/or going to my martial arts class is strangely relaxing.
As far as my partner goes, NOT talking to her when she's doing yoga is something I have learned helps her relax.

I tend to keep my tension in my body, so a back rub usually helps me relax. I also find long walks relaxing. My partner likes to be left alone to have some tea and read or watch tv. I can usually help by suggesting that.

I have learned, that soaking in the tub with you, is one of the most incredibly de-stressing activities I've ever experienced. I get bored in the bath alone. But together its amazing.
This has become one of my favourite things to do with you ...we need to find an apartment with a big tub lol or one with a deck so we can get a hot tub!

Foosball or a good movie with my wife. To help her relax, I could get the basement finished and our business off the ground so she has a bit more in her "retail therapy" fund.
I drive. There is nothing more relaxing then an open road and good music on the radio.
I am not very good about it but I try to pick up on when she seems extra tense and try to bring a smile to her face, but I can't remember the last time I was able to do that. I seem to have lost my ability to ease her tension when she is stressed. Maybe I am the cause of it?

I like to take my mind off of everything around me either by playing a game on my phone or watching a movie. I usually put my arms around her and all her problems dissappear. Thats the first time thats ever happened to her :-)
