Aisle because my knees get so stiff which makes my back stiff, and I can't sleep on planes. Actually the whole thing is agony wherever I sit.

Window!!
Aisle - The windows are so low, and I spend the whole time trying to crane my neck to see out the window that I end up with a sore neck and a headache! When the carts not going by you can also stretch your legs a bit too!
