It's very hard for me to express hurt, or fear. I wasn't raised feeling like I could express those emotions so I tend to lock it all up, until it avalanches out and by that point it's not only hurting my feelings but hurting my hubbies too.... Sry baby

Just feelings and emotions in general, but when I do express them you'll know that it's true and it's meaningful. I've become numb to the majority of things through life experiences but once you break through the surface you'll find an abundance of everything.
I don't wear my heart on my sleeve so it's more of sadness and pain that I'm the worst at.
