The one I try to show my husband that I want the best for him in all different paths ... I want make him happy but is not just saying what he likes to hear

Most if them... However, Sadness or grief is the hardest for me to express.
I have never been the emotional person I should be. I do believe that getting more in touch with these emotions could actually benefit our relationship.

I have trouble opening up....I hate talking about feelings that make me seem vulnerable like sadness, and my insecurities.

All of them

Butterflies

Anger, helplessness

Feeling unwanted. Suspicion.

tristeza

Loneliness and fear

Anger. My feelings never come out right. Almost like a temper tantrum.

When I'm frustrated or feeling unsexy

Happiness.

Probably caring, I'm quite a hard person and I don't like letting people in

It's not really an emotion but I have a hard time letting people help me do anything. I think I should be able to do things without asking for help. I also have a hard time telling people no.

I don't think I'm good at expressing myself in general. Trying to get better though.
