Shades of gray. LOL
I prefer color myself. But if I have to view the world through a gray scale filter, I can do that. This doesn't mean everything is shades of gray, just that there are many shades of gray between the shades of black and white.
And no, I haven't read the book. Oddly, I'm not much interested.

I do see things in shades of grey. I look at all the possibilities.

Usually grey. Very few things are black and white. Even when you think the other person's position is wrong, it's a good idea to ask questions to find out more about his/her position. There is almost always some background that helps you see their position better.

It depends on the issue. Some are black and white, but most are grey.

I saw thing more black and white when I was younger. I am seeing more shades of gray while maintaining a biblical world view.
Grey, not everything in life is good or evil, bad or happy. Sometimes it's better to try and see the whole picture instead of the small lines
