Lots of ways, but buying a surprise gift works best :)

dinner date ..or beach holiday with a nice resort
I like to bring her flowers for no reason other than I love her.
have hot coffee waiting in the car and wake her up super early to go to the beach and watch the sunrise together...
Clean house, laundry done, dinner ready. That's always a big surprise...that or getting naked without precedent.
Show up on time!
