Right now, that would be doing anything that would take something off of her plate, but without her having to mention it, getting up with the kids, making a meal, cleaning up... I'm sure there would be other more romantic ways too though, a surprise date, get-away, pampering, flowers... I need to get on this!!
Do something romantic that he isn't expecting!
Come home early just to spend quality time with her, and bring flowers or ice cream :)

Chocolate, picking her up from work when she leasts expect, showing up on days she didn't think I would be able to see her. The list goes on hehe

Spending time together when we didn't think we'd be able to (like coming home earlier than expected during a night on call), getting up before her in the morning and making her coffee or breakfast
Wish I could surprise him in his hotel room one afternoon/evening. I think he would like that.

I've always imagined that the first time we meet would be a surprise. Either he would work with my friends/family to come here and surprise me or vice versa. It just seems so romantic
