I don't even know what that means

deadlines are healthy, ultimatums are not...

They're unnecessary.

Could be damaging depending on aituation

Deadlines are a motivation to get things done.

Not bad, keeps you focused and then can celebrate when everything is complete

sometimes their healthy sometimes there not just depends on what's it about

what is it for?

Depends!

Healthy. It's challenging and exciting

define 'deadline'. if it means I'm forced to make a decision that I'm not sure of yet, I won't do it. but then again there's a lot if ambiguity in a 'deadline'.

At times deadlines can be healthy, at other times Not...

ULTIMATUMS are damaging, but any goal without a deadline is merely a dream.

I think it really depends on what the deadline is for

Depends on the goal if it's beneficial I'd say it's healthy
