Person! Always

Email probably. When writing something, if you say the wrong thing or make a mistake you can just erase it. But if you do it in person or over the phone if you say something wrong you can't take it back

Definitely in person

In person. I'd hope they would show me the same courtesy.

I would rather never confront anyone at all. In fact, I really can't thing of a time I ever have. But if I was going to do it, probably email or something impersonal.

Dependson situation there are some things that don't need to b said in texts or emails

Face to face

In the past, email was my weapon of choice. Now I try in person or the phone, but it's circumstantial. But I recognize when email or text isn't working and will switch to live conversations.

depending on the situation if its like embarressing via-email if its to talk, phone and to see them, in person

In person so they can hear my tone and see my body language.

Face to face is the only true way

Dpends on the situation and how pissed i am.

Depends on the person and situation. I think it is better in person, so it is direct and no miscommunication.

I agree with phone face to face and email depends way needs to b said. Face to face yu can't delete.

In person. All others already contain a negative association and tone.
