When you confront someone, would you rather do it via e-mail, phone, letter, or in person?

Face to face.

Definitely in person

If I was to call someone out, I would definitely do it in person.. What the point to do it over the phone or online because that would not be personal. (perhaps in a difficult situation, it would be dagger not to do it in person) : )

Depends on what and with who the confrontation is about. Most of the time I'll say face to face though

best to do it in person.

Definitely in person. This way you can see and hear their reaction and sense what theyre feeling and can get the most out of the situation.

This is something I'm working on. I suck at confrontation. My preference is email.
Well it's not going to be so much on a confrontation, more of a discussion is my preference.

Phone. It is a lot easier and I can stick to my guns better, but in person is probably the best and most mature way.
