In person

Rather do it in person.

In person, u can tell slot about what they r saying from facial expression, eye contact & body language.

In person

Obviously email is easier but somethings have to be done in person.

First thing I do is write an Email asking we need to talk ASAP. And from there set time and date and confront the Issue face to face.

person or phone call

In person. It's too easy to misconstrue things over text, email or phone

Face to face is ideal, but the phone is second best.
