In person, u can tell slot about what they r saying from facial expression, eye contact & body language.

Obviously email is easier but somethings have to be done in person.
First thing I do is write an Email asking we need to talk ASAP. And from there set time and date and confront the Issue face to face.

In person. It's too easy to misconstrue things over text, email or phone
Face to face is ideal,but the phone is second best.
