We both do the cleaning... I have to ask sometimes, but he is doing much better!!!

I guess it depends on who you ask. We both have different standards. I let go of perfection after the kids came along. I don't like the mess but I have learned to accept that this is how it has to be unless I clean constantly. Cleaning as you go along is a great idea but it's not always practical when you have kids who don't understand the concept of time and a schedule. In short - clean house = less quality time and high stress; messy house = low blood pressure and lots of quality time.

Me!

If we had a house, I would probably be responsible for just about everything, except the closet. I am lost in her closet

We split duties. It depends on what needs to be cleaned or taken care of.

We each have certain chores we are responsible for but he works more than I do so I try to stay on top of most of it.

Me and Richard

Yes...

I think we split it fairly well, but I do get lazy sometimes and she has to crack the whip.

We do it together.

We both are, but I feel like he's better at the deep cleaning that always makes the apt look good, and I'm better at the little things, like making sure mail isn't piling up.
