We both are but I don't do as much as I should
I will do the cleaning. Then she will likely come behind me and clean up after me. ~_^
It's a shared effort but she's fantastic at it I just try not to leave messes for her to clean up
We both are responsible for it. When we something that needs to be done we do it.
Majority of the cleaning, I do. He does help when I ask him to though.
We both are actually.. Some periods he does more of the household than I do, and some periods it's the other way around.. Just what suits us.. When we ask each other to help out to do specific chores we always do them..
Both. I do the laundry and dishes, he does the yard, and pick up. The rest....maid service!
My wife does most of the cleaning but I try to help her as much as I can
We don't have a house yet :p but I hope when we do we both try to keep it clean. I am sure now that hes in the airforce he understands more about neatness
Since we don't live together yet, we're responsible for our own places. However, I see nothing wrong with helping another person out.

We are all responsible for cleaning! We are a team. Team doesn't work without team-work. However, I do most of the house work because he works really hard.

Mine. I haven't been doing it lately. Just too much other stuff happening in my head.
It's my job ultimately but I do it when I feel like it cuz I'm a boss
