He showed me how much fun it was to ride bikes around my city, after not riding a bike for over a decade. He also showed me that not all great gifts have to be brand new and bought... he isn't my partner anymore though, so I'm not sure if answering these questions are allowed anymore.

Hm...he taught me how hard a relationship can be and when it ends, the journey will be worth it. And there's no point in worrying about the future because its better to just enjoy it now.
