funny you should ask
this is an on going topic
I'm very happy go lucky
and my wife always thanks I'm MADD

I use to handle it well in my past relationships. I'd usually just walk away, cool down, & re-approach the situation in a calmer way. nowadays I can't refrain from yelling or trying to get physical. it's not healthy for myself or anyone for that matter

It depends. I usually want to talk it out other times I get sullen and make those around me miserable. Usually if I can just talk it out then I can move on and not dwell on it. When I was a teen I had a bad temper that usually ended with me punching walls, trees or getting into fist fights. Thankfully I have better control now.

Yes I grab her by the hands then guide her to the bedroom and bang the shit out of her!!! ;)
THAT has never happened before....

I run away from a lot of my problems and ignore them because my anger is not pretty. When I'm hurt I try to hurt others. I would like to handle things better.

I take it out on other people (bad idea) :/ & yes it always causes problems.

I tend to either not say anything or lose my cool. It has caused issues with me in the past. I grew up with a dad that only expressed anger and a mother that expressed her feelings through physical and emotional abuse. Anger is a struggle for me everyday but I am working on controlling it better one day at a time.
I can totally relate

Usually I blow up and say n do things I shouldn't .... And afterwards I feel like the biggest loser

I tend to get really mad, and then am totally fine 5 minutes later. It has caused problems in that my boyfriend and I will have an argument, and then I will be all sweet after - while he is still not calm yet from the fight.

If I know it will cause drama or won't make a difference to speak about it, then I'll just keep it to myself till it blows over. I know I need to correct this negativity about talking about what makes me angry but I wish I had some support.

i get quiet...try to think about cause I the issue and why am I not liking it.
I used to be quiet now I can't help it and I can't seem to refrain from trying to always make my side known.

It use to but i noticed how much it hurt you and i have fully changed how i handle my anger. Its better to talk then to explode and wish a fiery death on everyone!

Yea.....Therapist

I am better with anger if I bring up the problem as soon as I feel angry. Then I need to be heard & listened to without being cut off & regardless of differing opinions, I above all need to feel respected & that my opinion is valued & understood. Otherwise it builds up inside & things that don't need to be dragged up generally manage to find their way into arguements & it is much bigger than it needs to be. I get most angry when I am being lied to & I know the truth.
