I have a very bad temper but as I've aged I've found myself trying new ways to manage it. It still usually doesn't end well. When I'm mad I don't want to hear anything so I try to keep myself from getting mad. When the conversation starts going in that direction I usually end it which isn't right either and we usually end up arguing anyway. I feel hopeless like its a lose lose situation no matter what.

I stew in anger & often become manipulative & quiet waiting for the person I'm angry at to initiate in some way us recovering from whatever happened. If I don't explode that is.

I just get out the house to clear my head

I get very violent and yes it has caused problems in my life since I was little

Yes it causes problems. I'm better than I used to be. I used to want to hit or break things. Now I just end up crying.

Sometimes it's hard to control n when I don't it can cause the relationship to go sour for a min

Sometimes I handle my anger very poorly. I am lash out or I can hold it in. It both scenarios it has not worked well. Working on improving that.

I keep my anger inside but it hurt it really do I been feelin odee sad nd anger like your partner noes wats da wrong thing to do nd like you tell dem hints. Ova nd ova but Neva see it or near it. They'll do da same thing. If you been wit da person for a long time ya should already wats Gud

Now a days I handle anger a number of different ways. But in a way it did take a toll on me. Ended up injuring myself in a way that I totally regret to the max.

I sadly I inherited my fathers temper, not quite as bad thou thankfully. What I try to do is to close my eyes take deep breaths in and then slowly count to 10. If I'm still mad when I reach 10 I can CALMLY say what is making me mad but if I get too mad I count again. However I find if I don't get to say what I think or stew over what happened I get very very emotionally self distructive...

Not good. I've always had a hot temper, I try to work out a few times a week for an outlet.

I used to be really bad at handling my anger. Yelling, screaming, sulking, I was a mess. Now I try to keep calm and think. I say the Serenity Prayer and pray to God<3 I don't like blowing up. I have my grandfather and my moms temper which sucks. But I haven't let it out in a while, so that's a really good thing lol

I usually blow up cause its all built up I hold in all my anger

I don't handle it well and I am working on getting better. My mother was verbally abusive and I don't want to follow that

Depends on how angry I am and who it is. Sometimes I withdraw ... sometimes I curse and throw things. In extreme cases, I sometimes want to smack the other person but rarely do I act on that impulse especially as I've gotten older. I get angry when I feel taken advantage of or not heard. And only once did my anger actually cause a problem in my life.
