Partner is a bit of both. But more so on the spending side. I'm a saver, and budget most of the time.

Some days I'm one, some days I'm the other. I'd say "spender" days outweigh "saver" days by a good margin, though.

partner is a saver and budgets like crazy. The saving is a huge bonus but the budgetting is sometimes too much. I can be both
