For better, I've grown and matured into a better person. I want to be a better person to myself not for anyone else.

I have changed for the better by becoming healthier and dropping baggage that made me miserable. As for worse...my sleeping habits suck and I probably drink too much.

Fir the better, I've matured alot

Both

I think better, thanks to my partner.

better-i change alot i learned to be more patient to love my self more and just to be my self

I've changed for the worse. I chose to seek other people's attention instead of just trying to resolve issues with my wife. It was a long long year last year. It has made me want and love my wife like when we first got together. I just hope we both can put behind our mistakes against each other and get back what we one had.

Better in some ways and worse in others

Both. My past relationship with my ex nearly broke me completely. I'm still trying to recover from that and the damage that I allowed him to cause.

Better because I have my son. Being in a relationship now with someone who respects and loves me is a new experience. I don't let him really in enough though. I've closed off so much of my feelings and my heart that it's a constant struggle for him to get past the walls I created.

Better

Hmmm... Better or worst??? I would say better, I was way more stable 5 years ago, but now I'm getting to where I was and just recently started to surpass my last peak by a ton. So better I say. I have a career, but the only thing I need to decide next is, is this something I would be happy wit for years to come...? Evaluating now...???
