Never avoid confrontation!
I avoid it in the beginning, ponder for a while about it, then come back to it and talk through. If I face it head on I'll wind up more tangled up emotionally and ultimately more upset. I work best when left alone to think for a bit.
Both
I always avoid it. I like making people happy and if I know it will upset them, I'll avoid it at every cost.
I usually face it head on.
Avoid
Depends what the conflict is really.

FACE IHHT HEAD ON
I do both. I pick and choose my battles. I don't like fighting for little petty things.
avoid
I face it head on. He avoids conflict hehe
I resolve potential issues head-on. I do not like conflict, but potential issues should be addressed directly to prevent other conflicts or unresolved issues or resentment, etc.
I face it head on, then when it's solved, I pick a fight with it again. This is the polar opposite of my sweetheart's approach.
It depends what is said or what happened. I don't like conflict and try to avoid it
