Unless it will cblock me, head on.
I am an avoider, I hate to admit. Unless it makes you mad, then I'll admit it to avoid your wrath ... ;)
I'm definitely a face-it-head-on kind of person. Ya, you're pleaser, haha. And you please me :D

Confront it head on before things get bigger!
Face it til we solve it
I try to resolve it ASAP and move on
Face it head on. There are rare times when we are having some sort of conflict, and when we do I want to talk it out and just make everything better. There's no point in being mad or upset with your loved one even longer.
I do both,
I'm definitely one to grab the bull by the horns, as 'they' say. I'm still learning when to let things lie for a while, and how to pick my battles. Life's more fun when I don't take myself (and life in general) so seriously!
Head on every time
I totally avoid confrontation ... Which is not good I hear! I agree but I also think you have to pick your battles unless you like to fight all day!
There's a diff between confrontation and communication! It becomes confrontational when the communication ends!!

Avoid
Avoid it. Definitely avoid it. Confrontation sucks.
