I try to avoid it - and if I have to face conflict... I try my best to get through it.

I face it but there are some situations where I think before I act on saying anything to avoid a fight.

Depends on who the conflict is with.. I used to shut down and pretend it would go away, but I learned only I have my voice, and only I can stand up for myself. I tend to face conflict more now then I used to.. however I still avoid it as much as possible by not letting anything get to that point.

I always face it, but some situation i should aviod and stay for my partner..we must learn together to understand and agree each other

Avoid? I don't know if avoid is the right word. Maybe it is. I hate conflict, so if anything's bothering me or eating me up, I just kind of get very passive aggressive about the whole thing. It's something I'm trying to work on.

Facing it head on has been the way I've learned gets better results in the end.
