the loss is devastating but inevitable

I guess it's better to have loved and lost. It can be hard without the proper closure, but what is life without love? And it is through all those experiences that you grow and learn.

if your talking about a man then i say its better to have never loved at all...but thats my perspective right now....it could change.

Yes, because even if I loved and lost Ryan, he'd still be my everything...

never loved.

Loved and Lost; humans need emotions.

first ..

It is better to have loved and lost--then NEVER to loved t all

Love does hurt but I love being loved and being in love. I guess that is why we do it again after heartbreak.

Loved and lost...any time we experience love, no matter for how brief a time, I believe it changes us for the better.

it's better to have loved and lost :) because going through life without ever loving someone or something is a pretty dull life

Loved and lost. Life's about highs and lows, so what a wonderful high to know love!

Yes. I can't imagine not feeling the love that one could have.

Better to have a loved and lost. Although the pain and heartbreak can be great, it reminds us of how much that person really meant to us.

Very well said!
