Happy, just being happy. Plain and simple.

happy

Being Happy. Over rules. Being Content means that your comfortable. but you shouldn't always be with someone your comfortable around. But that pure genuine happiness is rare and above all.

being happy

Being content lasts longer than happiness...so, being content wins every time.

Not sure I understand the difference
Happy I suppose because if I'm happy it is much easier to deal with things I'm not necessarily content with

If I'm content then I guess I am happy.

You'll probably find true happiness when you are content with who you are and what you have

I think probably happy which comes from being content. but just being content sometimes doesn't seem like enough.

I'm not sure you can have one without the other.

Being content being happy.

Being content => having peace of mind; being grateful, and accepting imperfections. . Being happy => requires a higher level of expectations for what "happy" is =>seems easier to result in feeling "unhappy" if that higher level of expectations is not met, which is often accompanied by black and white thinking (either happy or unhappy). Feeling content is a healthier focus (for me anyway) - easier to focus on gratitude and the positives in my life...which, maybe ironically, leads to happiness.

Being happy

Happiness duh.

Happily content
