When we both can sit down and talk to each other like adult without the yelling and the fight
When he acknowledges my contributions or gives me credit in front of other people. I just wish it would happen a bit more.
When he tells his friends how awesome I am :)... Nothing could make me feel happier or more appreciated. (except maybe when he tells ME). <3
When she brags about me and when she tells me how hard I am working.
When she comes straight to me for advice or says "I'm so glad I started .... " after I'd been recommending it
Little things. Like letting me listen to broadway when I'm making breakfast even though he hates musicals. We don't have 100% the same interests but he let's me be who I am.

When he notices the things I do to make our family thrive like being a good parent and trying to provide healthy meals.

I always do, I married a great man who respects me every single day.
