I definitely enjoy the challenge, effort and reward of completing a task or project on my own, a real sense of self pride. But when the group makeup is right nothing beats the feeling of a team effort!
When you and I work together, weather it be chores, cooking, home improvement or recreational; there is NO feeling more rewarding or special to me than knowing WE did it together! It binds US, strengthens our relationship, brings us closer.

It depends on what the mission is. Most times a team with provide more solutions and I am able to come up with but there's also a chance of the law of diminishing returns taking affect.
I work best alone. I can get distracted easily, and I'm not much of a socializer while working anyway.

I work better alone usually. This way I can focus and not be distracted by questions from other people. I feel more Zen as I work this way.
