Depends. Buti enjoy working in a team

More often than not, I prefer to work around other people, even if working on my own.
It depends on what the work is. If it requires a lot of time, concentration, and attention to detail, then I work best alone without distractions. If it is a shorter task or does not require significant concentration, then I can do it among people and interruptions.
If it is a household chore like cleaning, clearing the dishes after dinner, yard work, weeding, etc. having others around to help makes the job go faster and makes the chore less of a chore!

Depends on the type of job I need to get done
I work better alone, however, when I am in charge it is helpful to have a good team surrounding you to assist with getting the job done correctly
