Wow. I don't know. Mainly people tell me to pray about it, but God and I have a complicated relationship.
Never give up on your partner. because your just giving up on yourself.
Make time for one another on a daily basis
If you truly love someone... Never give up on them... Ever!
Treat your partner how you want to be treated. You also can't receive and not ever give.
marriage is extremely hard work and is a choice daily to love...love is truly a verb
It would have to be from my husband when he told me a marriage isn't always 50/50. Sometimes when one of you is low the other just has to take more of the load & he does that quite often.
My uncle ( an old marine drill instructor) once told me that the two most powerful words a man can say to his wife are "yes dear". He was married for 40+ years to my aunt, so i listened...sorta.
Communicate consistently and find ways to solve problems without pushing one another away.

The best relationship advice I was given was to never compare my relationship to another one, and to always keep our business between us, no matter what others think of our union.
