I'm beyond OCD. What's not a ritual? For him, I'd say working out.
Working out, and talking to my man. A hot Epsom bath nightly.

I shower, get dressed, and then have coffee. He lays everything out the night before.
I love to pamper myself in the mornings to make myself feel great thru out the day. My husband freshens up in the morning and then he's off to work. Don't really know what his true ritual is......
curl up and wait for a call i dont get. then give up around noon. Hear from him for 30 min or more at night where most of that is just scilance after he says "I'm exaughsted"
