I try to help her relax by doing as many chores as possible so that she is not thinking about them. Then pour her a glass of wine

Idk how to relax. I'm always on edge. I wish I could help her.
For me, just a long hug from my love melts away any stress or worries in those amazing moments. But just lying in bed, talking, kissing and making eye contact relaxes me.

relaxing is have a no commitment day frig full of amazing ingredients to cook whatever i want with no deadline and time to chill with the family and eat great food - play games or watch tv together

I would love to just lay on the couch or bed and watch tv snuggled up with my baby. And the best way to help her relax is by giving her a full body massage which I looooove doing for her 😊
We like to have a little wine, snuggle up close in bed and caress each other softly. Then we will have sex and spoon together afterwards. Sex with my wife makes me so relaxed I almost melt into the sheets!
