cuddling usually works to calm us both.

When I want to relax I lose myself in music or a good book. To help him relax, I just need to distract him from whatever is bugging him.

As long as we're there for each other it'll be cool. We seemed to calm each other down. Part of this means that we have to make sure we cam communicate to each other where we're at - we're learning tho!

Sit outside by the pool or go to the beach. WHEN we relax.

outdoors!

I usually lay in bed with my laptop and watch tv :)

For my partner, hehe I'd have him come over, tuck him into a blankie, join him, and we'd watch a cute movie together and I'd rest my head on his chest and cuddle :)

Cuddle with my man. Probably give him a massage

I either dance or listen to music. He listens to music.

When I relax I change clothes and drive off to be one with nature. Or if she's with me we can take my mind off it with other stuff

I like massages and reading in a big fluffy bed. He could cuddle with me, massage my feet :)

For us its chilling by the poool or going for a skate but to really relax we go on road trips and listen to music in the car and talk about everything, its really relaxing.

Think about dancing with him being in a vacation together ....We speak out while he drives home...I think it helps him relax
