I listen to music and isolate myself, read a book or sew. He can help by being understanding and letting me know he's there
For myself, I listen to music. I listen to him, spend time with him and eat with him.
Eat chocolate and watch a movie. Or head outside somewhere peaceful. My husband can help me relax by holding me in his arms.

I play video games. But I also have an unhealthy addiction to pawn stars and American Pickers.
She is very stressed so I try to do anything I can to help her relax. Sometimes just giving her time to take a bath and read book is helpfully.
