a clean room, flowers, dinner, and dick.
Land at her doorstep without telling her :)
Take her to lunch on her workdays.
the simple things he loves them and it makes me happy to see him happy
Just show up when they least expect it
Things like this, like surprising a loved one by showing up when they weren't expecting it, mean so much in the long run...because they show you were actively thinking about them without being reminded to. They are the sweetest moments.

At work with his favorite snacks, Doritos (or payday) and a monster
I surprised my partner on Christmas Day by cleaning the toilet. LOL
I WAS happily surprised! Ha.
