By text, of course :) In reality, I'd prefer to do it in person.
i would rather do it any other way but in person. but i always do it in person if i can.

I like confronting in person. That way I can smell the bull shit that comes out of their mouth.
Definitely in person. I don't do that much confrontation, though, so it's usually a non-issue.
