I think it should be done in person.

When important definitely in person - something is lost when you email or talk on the phone.

In person

In person, so that all the communication can be complete. Too much can be misunderstood electronically.

In person cant Confront someone any other way.

Phone XD

In person is the best way to communicate your true feelings.

In person... may be why some people don't like me :)

I think its better to confront someone in person but I would prefer to do it through email or letter becaue I am able to better compose my thoughts and I can actually say how I really feel because if I did it in person I would shy away and not be full yhonest fo rfear of making the person mad.

In person.

I like speaking with someone in person because the body language says a lot. But I find it easier to really express my true feelings by text. With text you can say what you need to without getting interuppted and you can stay more focused on the issues at hand and not get side tract and lead to conversations that do not have anything to do with the issue you started speaking about.
Great point! Sometimes texting helps to slow things down a bit, taking time to think before reacting. Especially good for an ADD girl like me. ;)

Email or letter. I get too loud in person and miss my meaning. I like the time and editing writing provides. I love to throw away the knee jerk first response and send the one that comes with refection.

Email is easier but in person more effective.
