Text or in person

I am in a profession where there needs to be lots of conflict resolution,so I've done them all frequently. Email or letter can be nice because I feel like I can get my thoughts down and have some think time so I don't feel like I've forgotten anything.

It depends on the person, but with my boyfriend definitely in person. I wouldn't want it to get lost in translation.

Email or letter

Probably phone.

email or person would be a tie

Oof, it depends but I like to do it in person. That way I can see if they are true or not.
If it comes to a point I need to confront someone then they will probably hope to never see me in person
