because i get too emotional when i do it in person i would rather do it in an email and then talk over the ohone or in person about it. (feel like i can get out what im trying to say better if not in person)

Phone

in person

Person

Depends who I am comforting, my fiance, in person of course.

person...or phone

PERSON I HATE SERIOUS TEXTING!!!

Depends in person I'm a bit of a hot head do email to be safe
Writing email in a conflict situation has its benefits because it allows you time to think before and during writing. A time to cool off...which is nice.

in person but in phone it gives me a little more time to think about what i want to say

Email or letter. It's lame, but I can at least SEE what I'm saying and can edit before sending. You can't take back words once they come out of your mouth.

Person

Any of them as long as they know what I'm confronting them about and I get my say.

in person body language tells alot

e-mail

Depends on the level and reason for confrontation.
